Build a tool with real market data over a weekend. Past teams shipped stock screeners, backtesters, and macro dashboards. Bring a working demo, a rough idea that runs beats a slick one that doesn't.
Design a trading strategy and backtest it. A big return means little without steady risk-adjusted numbers and a drawdown you can stomach. You'll write up how it works and where it would break.
Pick a company and argue for buying or shorting it: the business, the numbers, a valuation, and what could go wrong. Anyone can sound confident, we're looking for people who've done the reading.
How to enter. Register on Devpost or here once a competition opens. Solo or team, depending on the format. You have to be a member to enter, but membership is free.
